• End user: Any person who accesses or uses the Creatives website, Services, and application in any capacity, including as a website visitor, registered user (“Creator” or “Creative”), and advertiser.

• Website visitor: Any person who visits our Websites, including those who may opt to provide an email address or other contact information to receive communications from Creatives, register for an account, view or otherwise interact with website content, or provide feedback. For the purposes of this Policy, “Websites” refer collectively to Creatives.co.bw as well as any other websites Creatives operates for its own behalf and that links to this Policy. For clarity, “Websites” does not include any sites owned or operated by our advertisers, investors, or business partners, including where we serve as Registrar.

• Registered user (“Creator” or “Creative”): Any person with login credentials for a Creatives account, regardless of if he or she has active account activity or has started using the Creatives Services made available to Creators and Creatives.

• Advertiser: Any person or entity who enters into an advert agreement with Creatives (or its authorized partner(s)) and to whom Creatives enters into a partnership with pursuant to such agreement.

1. Information We Collect (Categories of Data Subjects)

End User

• Name, email address, and other contact information: We may ask for and collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number and email address when you visit our website, register for a Creatives account, sign up for a Creatives event or other event(s) at which Creatives (and/or its representatives) participates, or participate in Creatives surveys or other activities, such as user experience research.

• Image and voice: When you register for a Creatives account and use our Services, you are consenting to having your voice and/or image displayed on the Creatives site, via the videos and other content you upload.

Website Visitor
